All of our catering menus are custom-created, according to our client’s wishes and entertaining needs. We will be accepting parties from 4 to 40 guests, during our first year of operation, 2016.

Getting Started

We suggest you schedule a meeting with Rachel Collins at least one to two weeks prior to your event. Pricing is, like any fine restaurant, tied directly to the menu. Just like the “to-go” offerings in our main retail store, everything is scratch made and seasoned with an expert palate.

Foods are packaged in traditional catering containers, and clients can easily heat and serve at home. Heating and preparation instructions can be provided for more complex serving needs, we are always happy to advise and support to ensure the success of your special event!

For more than 10 years Rachel Collins and her team catered numerous parties for my family and I. Whether our guest count was 50 or 4, the results were outstanding. We ordered lobster tails, shrimp, clams and mussels for our paella and the seafood was superb as was the service. Rachel is the best!
